Estimated delivery: 14 calendar days from receipt of your paid order.
This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Proof approval delays, requested changes, oversized freight and carrier delays may affect timing. If your event is 14 days away or sooner, message us before ordering to confirm timing. Events more than 14 days away do not require date confirmation for standard delivery.

- 1. Approve your proof
Confirm wording, dimensions, color, and any support requirements. Allow time to review changes before fabrication.
- 2. Production & dispatch
Made-to-order pieces need production time. Check the listing and confirm the schedule with the studio. Rush availability must be agreed before you rely on it.
- 3. Carrier transit
Transit starts after dispatch. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and can change. Leave time before your event for unpacking and setup.
Have a fixed deadline? Send your event date, delivery ZIP, and design before paying. We can review feasibility and any additional shipping costs.

Shipping for custom items taller than 36 inches is not included in today’s payment. We’ll send a separate shipping quote before shipment. Shipping payment is due separately before dispatch. Free-shipping items in a mixed order remain free to ship. Production time and transit time are separate, and rush availability must be confirmed.
